📦 Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days from the date your order ships. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! International shipping times and rates vary by destination. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days for international orders. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@pawpremium.com.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us at support@pawpremium.com to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption for your safety.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us at support@pawpremium.com as soon as possible. We can typically accommodate changes within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it, but you can return it under our 30-day policy.

Every product in our store is personally reviewed and tested by our team of pet owners. We evaluate products for safety, durability, and effectiveness. We only carry products we'd use for our own pets. If a product doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't make it onto our shelves — simple as that.
Are your products safe for pets?
Absolutely. Pet safety is our top priority. All products in our catalog meet relevant safety standards. If you have specific concerns about a product's ingredients or materials for a pet with allergies or sensitivities, please reach out to us and we'll help you find the right product.
